Securitas is hiring a Floater Security Officer (Part Time) in Willcox, AZ. The role focuses on maintaining a safe environment through access control, patrols, and client-facing duties, with emphasis on quick, professional response to incidents.

Requirements include 18+, a HS diploma or GED, solid computer skills, and the ability to stand for long periods. Wage is $16.25 per hour with benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid training, uniforms, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to stand / walk for extended periods of time.
• Must have a clear MVR and a valid Arizona Drivers License.
• Open availability preferred.
• Valid Arizona Unarmed Guard Card preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Floater Security Officer - Part Time

Primary Location: Willcox, AZ

Wage:$16.25/HR

TheFloater Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order whileenforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
