Sabino Recovery seeks a Clinical Float Therapist to provide individual, group, and family therapy within the program. The role covers a range of duties across resident care, treatment planning, and crisis support.

The position requires a Master's in a behavioral health field and AZ licensure eligibility. Expect collaboration with the clinical team, documentation in EMR, and ongoing resident advocacy.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Behavioral Health or related fields.
• Current license to practice in AZ (LMFT, LCSW, LMSW or Masters level equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group and family therapy within Sabino Recovery.
• Develop and review treatment plans with supervision within 24 hours.
• Document care in electronic medical records per policy and licensing.
• Coordinate care with referents and family members for ongoing treatment.
• Support residents through trauma, attachment issues, and related symptoms.
• Assist in behavioral changes and progress tracking.
• Collect data from interviews, observations and assessments.
• Coordinate services and manage crisis situations.
• Collaborate with staff to develop and adjust treatment plans.
• Maintain confidentiality of medical records.
• Assign residents to integrative therapies based on diagnosis.
