The Registered Nurse Float Pool at Reston Hospital Center is a part-time position offering opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across units. You will collaborate with physicians and the care team to adapt to changing patient needs.

You must have an RN license, an Associate Degree, ACLS and BLS within 30 days, and at least two years of medical-surgical, ED, or ICU experience. The role includes a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• RN certification and licensure required.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or equivalent required,
• 2+ years of medical/surgical, ED or ICU experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across units.
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to adapt to patient needs.
• Advocate for patients/families and uphold nursing standards and hospital values.
