Responsibilities include picking, packing, shipping preparation, inventory checks, and basic housekeeping. Training on equipment is provided, and candidates must be able to adapt to varying shifts and busier periods.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks for entire shift.
• Comfortable working in a refrigerated area (walk-in refrigerator).
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and walk as required by the shift.
• Ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.
• Good verbal communication skills and a team player attitude.
• Flexible and adaptable to meet changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders, including picking, packing, and preparing for shipment.
• Cross-training in multiple warehouse areas and supporting projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks to maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Willingness to train and be certified to operate material handling equipment as required.
