Allied Universal is hiring part-time Security Flex Officers in the Willingboro, NJ area. The role requires a high school diploma or 5 years of verifiable experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to walk long distances.

You will work with our shift-pickup platform to build a schedule that fits you, gaining hands-on experience across various industries. Responsibilities include patrols, incident reporting, access control, and providing professional customer service.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver's license if driving a company or customer-owned vehicle.
• Background investigation and drug screening required by Allied Universal.
• Must be at least 18 years old (21 if armed).
• Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments.
• Operate radio or console monitors; communicate effectively with the public.
• Strong verbal and written communication; problem-solving skills.
• Teamwork and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police/fire department when needed.
• Warn violators of rule infractions and monitor entrances/exits.
• Observe and protect company property; control access at sites.
• Investigate incidents and maintain written logs as required.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous manner.
• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site Post Orders.
