Buckle is seeking a Sales Teammate who will share an engaging, friendly approach to guests and help locate merchandise. You will participate in merchandising, assist with displays, and ensure a smooth checkout experience at the register.

No prior experience or training is required; training will cover Buckle’s customer service expectations, POS procedures, and loss prevention practices. The role emphasizes teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise and help locate items.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and return policies.

Responsibilities

• Sell and present merchandise to guests and build client relationships.
• Operate the register, process transactions, and balance cash drawers.
• Maintain clean, organized, and shoppable store and display merchandise.
• Follow loss prevention guidelines and handle exchanges and refunds per policy.
