Strategic Asset Services, LLC (SAS) seeks a part-time Commercial Property Inspector to travel to commercial properties, perform inspections, take photographs, and compile reports from a home-office setup. The role requires independence, reliable transportation, and the ability to inspect roofs and mechanical areas.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in home inspection, property management, or appraisal plus strong communication and computer skills.

Formación

• 1–3 years experience in Home Inspector, Property Management or Appraisals.
• Own a PC-based computer with Windows 10 or newer.
• Microsoft Excel and Word subscription or full access (2013+).
• Ability to assess a property's physical condition.
• Availablity to work at least two full days during the work week.
• Prepare clear and concise reports.
• Strong computer, typing, and internet skills.
• Stay organized and meet deadlines with a flexible schedule.
• Ability to climb fixed vertical ladders and travel regularly.

Responsabilidades

• Set site inspection appointments with clients via email/phone.
• Complete physical inspections of properties in an assigned territory.
• Take digital photos using camera, smartphone, or tablet.
• Type and insert photos into reports via company system or Excel/Word.
• Attend required trainings or meetings.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and ethics codes.
• Follow safety and security procedures.
