Responsibilities include monitoring CCTV, patrolling, access verification, incident reporting, and providing professional customer service to employees and visitors. Strong observation and communication skills, along with a high school diploma, are required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras and report suspicious or unusual activity.
• Conduct scheduled interior and exterior patrols.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated access points.
• Verify employee, visitor, contractor, and vendor access as required.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and requests for security assistance.
• Complete detailed and accurate incident and daily activity reports.
• Maintain professional radio and verbal communication.
• Follow established post orders, site procedures, and security protocols.
• Assist with emergency response and evacuation procedures when required.
• Provide professional customer service to employees, visitors, and clients.
• Report safety hazards, security concerns, and policy violations through appropriate channels.
• Maintain a professional appearance and remain alert and attentive while on duty.
• Protect client property and help deter unauthorized activity.
