You will support post coverage by working varied shifts, learn post orders and SOPs, and maintain high standards of customer service, reliability, and professional appearance while protecting client sites across the region.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Great customer service skills and professional appearance.
• Must have valid Driver's License.
• Candidate should not have any physical limitations and should be able to climb stairs and walk / stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be punctual and reliable.

Responsibilities

• The Flex Officer position is crucial to our company’s operational and financial success. The flex officer provides trained, competent support by working shifts which become open due to illness, call‑offs, weather, vacation, or other causes.
• Scheduling Parameters And Expectations For a Flex Officer: you will be trained at various posts and/or facilities; your schedule will vary based on operational need.
• You will be assigned to, or offered the opportunity to accept, shifts as they become available due to staffing needs.
• For short-notice call-ins, you are expected to work at least 80% of the shifts for which you are called.
• A Security Officer may perform duties per Post Orders and SOP and act quickly and efficiently according to directives.
