Job summary

Marksman Security LLC in Forest City, NC is seeking a Flex Unarmed Security Officer to join our team. This role involves greeting residents and visitors, monitoring access, patrolling, and producing concise reports to ensure safety and property protection.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior security and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet residents and guests promptly and courteously.
• Manage guest/visitor access and eject trespassers when necessary.
• Verify credentials of individuals/vehicles entering or leaving premises.
• Document and maintain visitor logs and notify residents of arrivals.
• Monitor surveillance systems and alarms as directed.
• Patrol interior/exterior areas to identify safety risks and report concerns.
