Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer to support Neumann University in Ashton, PA. This part-time role offers flexible shifts, paid orientation, and opportunities to gain hands-on experience across Healthcare, Education and Finance settings.

Responsibilities include patrols on foot or by vehicle, monitoring for safety concerns, responding to alarms, controlling access, and documenting incidents with clear reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Monitor for irregular conditions and safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or notify police/fire when needed.
• Warn violators of rule infractions.
• Control entry points and monitor entrances/exits.
• Observe departing personnel to prevent theft.
• Investigate incidents and maintain logs.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors professionally.
• Make emergency notifications per site orders.
