Pandora A/S at Holyoke Mall is seeking a Flexible Sales Associate to deliver a world-class customer experience and help exceed store sales goals. You will share product knowledge to engage customers, craft memorable shopping moments, and act as a passionate brand ambassador in a dynamic retail environment.

The role requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a schedule that adapts to peak times. Compensation ranges from $16.45 to $20.60 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate you’re a results-oriented seller.
• Care in communication, written and verbal.
• Charm and captivate an audience with people at all levels.
• 18 years or older and able to provide proof of ID and work eligibility.
• Dream and embrace a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; able to stand long periods and lift 50+ pounds.
• Flexible schedule from 4 hours per month to around 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
• Reliable support during high-traffic times and events.

The Flex Sales associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. You will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers).

Flexible Sales Associate (Part-Time) is a role that fits your lifestyle. As a Flexible Staff Associate, you’ll jump in when it matters most (peak hours) to deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations.

Our fans will feel your passion when you share product knowledge and inspire them to style their jewellery giving a voice to people’s loves.

* Peak hours are defined as evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high-traffic periods such as promotions or product launches.

• Flexible Schedule where you will work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
• Reliable Support and step in during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.

$16.45 – $20.60 commensurate with experience
