The Flex Sales associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. You will be responsible for delivering a world‑class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers). Flex Sales Associate (Part‑Time) is a role that fits your lifestyle. As a Flexible Sales Associate, you’ll jump in when it matters most—peak hours—to deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations.

Qualifications

• You are at least 18 years or older and can provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Dream and embrace adventure! A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays is part of the excitement. This can include standing for extended periods, the ability to lift 50+ pounds, and timely arrival to work.
• Flexible schedule: work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
• Reliable support and step in during high‑traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.
