About the Role

Serigraph is looking for part-time workers in our Specialty Headquarters - Fulfillment Center on HWY 33 (Washington St) in West Bend, WI. Join our Fulfillment team sorting and packaging printed products for our Specialty Division. This fast‑paced, standing position requires the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Hours worked are selected from your computer using a scheduling tool.

• Work a minimum of 12 hours a month
• Work no more than 28 hours a week
• Must be at least 16 years of age to apply
• 401K eligible after working 1,000 hours
• Raises after working every 1,000 hours

Flex Fulfillment Responsibilities

• Perform finishing functions, such as counting, pick ticket quantities, pop out parts from cut sheets, hand apply, bag, kit pack, box, shrink wrap, operate material handling equipment and move product.
• Ensure accuracy of Kit Pack counting and packing. Prepare kits for the First Piece Approval.
• Properly record all necessary information on labor reporting system, i.e. QA forms, job ticket and move tags.
• Facilitate the flow on line to ensure efficient and quality processing of work orders.
• Inspect product for printing, die cutting, laminating or any other defects affecting the quality of the product.
• Make accurate labels for packaging.
