Job summary

Serigraph is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join our 10-hour day shift (6:30am-4:30pm, Monday-Thursday) in West Bend, WI. You will work hands-on with printing, laminating, die-cutting, and finishing processes, ensuring products meet quality standards and customer specs while supporting safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand production job tickets and work instructions.
• Basic computer skills and ability to enter production data accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work safely and follow PPE, housekeeping, and manufacturing procedures.
• Ability to meet required visual standards, including color differentiation, with or without corrective lenses.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and audit products for printing, laminating, die-cutting, and quality requirements.
• Accurately document production information using labor reporting systems, quality forms, job tickets, and move tags.
• Perform post-printing and finishing operations including counting, packaging, shrink wrapping, hand assembly, laminating and cutting.
• Transport materials and products between workstations.
• Follow customer specifications and quality requirements.
• Support 5S organized, clean, and safe work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement by sharing ideas and process enhancements.
• Ensure proper handling and disposal of chemicals, materials, and recyclables.
• Support company quality systems and production standards.
• Exercise quality ownership by identifying concerns and helping resolve issues before products move forward.

What You'll Do

• Help maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment using 5S practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by sharing ideas and process enhancements.
• Ensure proper handling and disposal of chemicals, materials, and recyclable items.
• Support company quality systems and production standards.
• Exercise quality ownership by identifying concerns and helping resolve issues before products move forward.
