Vista Prairie Communities is seeking Part-Time Flex Certified Nursing Assistants to travel to multiple communities and assist residents with daily living and health-related services. The role emphasizes compassionate care, flexible scheduling, and mileage reimbursement.

Shifts include AM/PM/NOC with at least one weekend per month; opportunities may exist to transition to full-time based on community needs and program growth.

Competenze

• Active CNA certification in Minnesota or Wisconsin.
• Eligible and willing to obtain CNA reciprocity to support cross-state Flex assignments.
• Minimum 1 year of health-related training or experience.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and have a valid driver's license.

Mansioni

• Travel to multiple Vista Prairie Communities to assist residents with activities of daily living and health-related services.

Vista Prairie Communities islooking for Part-Time Flex Certified Nursing Assistants. As a dedicated Flex Certified Nursing Assistant, you will beresponsible for traveling to multiple VPC communitiesand assisting residents with activities of daily living and health related services to maintain their physical and emotional well-being.Some of your key accountabilities will include providing customer service, following delegated tasks, and providing resident care.

Schedule: Part-Time, All shifts (AM, PM, NOC) are required as well as one weekend per month. You willpick up hours on all shifts and days of the week at the communities in the assigned region based on organizational need. T this is a traveling CNA role with mileage reimbursement. Flex CNAs are expected to pick up a variety of shifts at multiple locations.

Please Note! There may be an opportunity for the role to transition to full-time in the future based on community needs and the growth of the Flex program.

Flex shifts are in at the following locations ONLY:

• Eagle Pointe - St. Francis, MN
• Red Cedar Canyon - Hudson, WI
• Windmill Ponds - Alexandria, MN
• Copperleaf - Willmar, MN
• Brentwood - Rice Lake, WI

What you will need:

• Active CNA certification in Minnesota or Wisconsin. Candidates must be eligible and willing to obtain CNA reciprocity in the neighboring state to support Flex assignments across both Minnesota and Wisconsin communities.
• 1 year of training in health-related disciplines and/or experience.
• Must be a minimum of eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license or reliable source of travel.
