Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and check them in and out of fitting rooms.
• Prepare merchandise for return to selling floor (buttons, zips, etc.).
• Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional manner.
• Learn product knowledge to assist customers and coordinate with sales associates.
• Direct customers to the correct associate for location, price, and use questions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized fitting room environment.
