Job summary

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of customer service or sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and interact with diverse populations.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems (Outlook, Teams, databases).
• Professional phone etiquette and conflict resolution skills.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

We’re seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Fitness Zone Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for members at the Boner Fitness & Learning Center. In this role, you’ll help create a welcoming environment, support membership growth, and ensure a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

What You’ll Do

Work Environment & Schedule

• Part-time non-exempt position
• On-site at the Boner Fitness & Learning Center
• Schedule includes Monday - Friday (5:15am–10:15am)
