Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome members and guests, present membership options, and help people start their fitness journeys. You’ll build meaningful relationships, communicate Orangetheory’s value, and drive membership growth with a friendly, high-energy approach.

You’ll follow up leads, convert guests into members, and contribute to a welcoming studio environment while achieving sales targets and supporting front-desk operations.

Formación

• Experience in sales or membership-driven roles preferred.
• Ability to build rapport and handle objections.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Membership Sales: present options, communicate value, overcome objections, close the sale.
• Manage Leads and Follow-Up: contact prospects via calls/texts/emails to book intro classes.
• Convert Guests into Members: match goals with memberships and sign up new members.
• Create Exceptional Experiences: greet guests with enthusiasm and hospitality.
• Build Community Relationships: participate in local outreach and studio events.
• Support Member Retention: nurture relationships and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Achieve Sales Goals: work toward targets while delivering excellent service.
• Support Studio Operations: assist front desk and keep a clean, organized space.
