Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales by presenting options and handling objections.
• Manage leads and follow-up via calls, texts, and emails.
• Convert guests into members based on goals and needs.
• Create welcoming experiences and maintain professionalism.
• Engage with local outreach and studio events for community growth.
• Support retention and studio operations with a positive environment.
• Work toward sales goals while delivering excellent service.
• Assist at front desk and keep the studio organized.
