Job summary

HealthFitness, a Trustmark company, is seeking friendly, customer-focused Front Desk Attendants to create a welcoming experience for members at Corewell Health sites, Rochester Hills, MI. This part-time role offers approximately 10 hours per week.

You will greet and check-in members, provide program information and memberships, and strive for the highest level of customer service and participant satisfaction. CPR/AED and First Aid are required within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required within 30 days of hire.
• Previous customer service experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet, check-in and assist customers.
• Provides program information, services, membership and ensures the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction.
