Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness in Boca Raton is seeking a passionate Fitness Coach to lead our science-backed, technology-tracked workouts and be a brand ambassador for the OTF community. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and about 13 classes per week.

You will guide members, ensure proper form, demonstrate equipment, and help build community while advancing your personal brand in the fitness industry. Certifications required include ACE/ACSM/ISSA/NASM/NSCA, AED/CPR, and OTFit.

Qualifications

• Fitness certification from ACE, ACSM, ISSA, NASM or NSCA.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current AED/CPR certification.
• Successful completion of the OTFit Certification Program.
• Understanding of strength and heart-rate based interval training.
• Experience in a fitness environment (preferred).
• A team player committed to growth and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Guiding and motivating members through pre-defined workouts.
• Ensuring members are using correct form and offering adjustments.
• Demonstrate usage of equipment utilized for each workout.
• Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of the studio.
• Understand the science behind our strength and heart-rate training and stay updated on trends.
• Build meaningful connections and expand your personal brand and network.
• Positively changing lives by helping members set and achieve fitness goals.
