Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking coaches who inspire and deliver scientifically designed workouts for up to 45 clients per session. You’ll coach, manage time, and motivate multiple clients in a group setting while emphasizing safe, effective technique.

Qualifications

• Must hold fitness certifications from ACSM/ACE/ISSA/NCSF/NASM/NCSA or AFAA.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• 1+ years of group or personal training experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and motivate members through demonstrations and proper techniques.
• Explain exercises clearly and accommodate different fitness levels.
• Manage class dynamics and keep participants engaged.
• Understand heart-rate based training and safety considerations.
• Maintain a clean, hazard-free workout environment and provide basic first aid if needed.
• Engage with members for ongoing motivation and outreach.
