Planet Fitness in Baltimore is seeking a part-time Fitness Ambassador to energize the club and welcome members with a smile. You’ll be the first friendly face, assist with check-ins, and promote programs while maintaining a clean, safe gym environment.

No fitness background? No problem—training is provided to help you build confidence, learn techniques, and grow into leadership roles as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet members with enthusiasm and welcome everyone.
• Assist with check-ins and member inquiries.
• Promote programs, events, and club offerings.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and motivating environment.
• Support member retention through rapport and encouragement.
