Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at the firearms counter with a friendly, prompt service.
• Identify customer needs and make product recommendations based on analysis.
• Promote programs such as CLUB membership, VOC, and in-store pickup.
• Ensure 4473 forms are completed accurately and thoroughly.
• Maintain and organize firearms and hunting merchandise on the floor and at the counter.
• Stay current on product knowledge and store promotions.
