POSITION SUMMARY: The Program Coordinator for ECSD Fire Science and EMT programs at Spring Creek and Elko High Schools is responsible for implementing and monitoring the High School CTE Programs, which includes supporting industry partners, scheduling trained instructors, and monitoring student performance. This position will be housed at Spring Creek High School, but may require travel to Elko and Wells. The position will be responsible for coordinating instructors, labs, clinical rotations, equipment and supplies for the programs. The Program Coordinator will serve as the liaison to the industry partners, including Elko County Fire Protection District, Elko County EMT, and other agencies for program development and support. The Program Coordinator will ensure programs are designed to prepare students for work in alignment with industry credentials. This person reports directly to the CTE Facilitator.
