Responsibilities

• Work closely with servers, bartenders, expo and managers to keep the restaurant running smoothly
• Deliver high level of hospitality and care to guests
• Maintain a clean, elegant dining room; clear, reset and reset tables
• Deliver dishes and assist with in-room dining when needed
• Stock stations with glassware, cutlery and dishes
• Assist with side work, coffee/tea, and general cleaning
• Learn and understand our menus to deepen knowledge over time
• Communicate effectively with front desk and restaurant managers
