Responsabilidades

• Keep the AK property-tax filings ahead of every assessor deadline.
• Keep the audit trail so empathy-led that questions answer themselves.
• Carry the part-time payroll run from gross calc to filed tax deposit.
• Reconcile the inventory ledger to a physical count without the drama.
• Own the full-cycle accounts payable and receivable process.
• Stand in for the Anchorage controller when close cannot wait.
• Stand up the Work Ethic close calendar and hold every owner to it.
• Watch DSO and DPO together, not as isolated numbers.
