Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide academic instruction through lecture, lab, or performance courses and assess student learning.
• Advise students on programs of study and refer to support services as needed.
• Observe and evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback.
• Plan instruction aligned with course outlines and student learning outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of enrollment, progress, and outcomes.
• Evaluate and select instructional materials and ensure timely delivery.
• Revise course content to reflect new theory and industry developments.
• Update syllabi and collaborate to assess measurable performance indicators.
• Participate in curriculum development and committee activities.
• Attend department and district meetings; support articulation and matriculation activities.
• May provide work direction to others; perform related duties as assigned.
