Job summary

BI Incorporated is seeking a part-time technician to install, service, and remove electronic monitoring equipment at client sites. You will troubleshoot issues, perform routine maintenance, and manage field inventory. Strong communication and computer skills are essential.

Responsibilities include documenting operations, adhering to contracts, and possibly travel to various locations. A High School Diploma or GED and a valid driver's license are required; six months in security or law

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid state driver's license and ability to safely operate a motor vehicle.
• Six months of experience in military or security or law enforcement preferred.
• Ability to understand EM messages and daily summary reports; strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to organize and manage inventory.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work with computers and software used by the department.

Responsibilities

• Installs, services, and removes electronic monitoring (EM) equipment from client residences and other locations as required.
• Troubleshoots equipment problems and performs routine cleaning and maintenance.
• Installs and removes field equipment at client locations in accordance with guidelines.
• Performs equipment inspections to identify damage or malfunction; tests equipment per QA standards.
• Maintains adequate inventory of equipment and supplies to service contracts.
