Job summary

BI Incorporated is seeking a part-time field technician to install, service and remove electronic monitoring equipment at client residences and other sites. You will troubleshoot equipment, perform maintenance, and ensure accuracy of field operations.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Occasional local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
• 6 months in military or security/law enforcement preferred.
• Ability to understand EM messages and daily reports; strong communication.
• Organizational skills to manage equipment inventory.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Installs and removes field equipment at client residences or other locations per contract.
• Troubleshoots equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Performs equipment inspections for damage or malfunction.
• Cleans field equipment and conducts routine maintenance.
• Maintains inventory of equipment and supplies to service contracts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
