Job summary

Arbill in the United States is seeking a Part Time Field Service Technician to support vendor-managed inventory counts and vending machine replenishments. The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and a customer-focused approach while visiting customer sites.

You will perform counts, labeling, and putaway, replenish stock, and communicate with on-site staff and Arbill teams to ensure accurate inventory and timely service.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or field service environments preferred.
• VMI or vending experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation required.

Responsibilities

• VMI Counts, Inventory Accuracy & Replenishment: identify, count, verify, and update inventory; replenish as needed.
• Receiving, Labeling & Putaway: identify, count, label deliveries, report discrepancies, move received goods to storage.
• Customer & Internal Communication: provide updates and coordinate with on-site staff and Arbill teams.
• Route/Schedule Execution & Independent Work: work independently, follow daily schedule, travel to sites, complete tasks safely.
• Vending Machine Maintenance, Repair & Troubleshooting: diagnose and repair vending machines and related equipment.
