Job summary

Arbill Industries Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform vendor-managed inventory counts and vending machine replenishments on-site.

The role requires mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting, and strong customer service while working with on-site personnel and customers. Responsibilities include accurate inventory counting, receiving and labeling deliveries, effective communication, scheduled route execution, and basic vending machine repair with escalation when necessary.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 3 years in warehouse, inventory, distribution, field service, vending, or related ops.
• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Strong work ethic; accurate counting and inventory verification; learn new systems; effective communication; customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• VMI Counts, Inventory Accuracy & Replenishment: identify, count, verify, and update on-hand inventory; replenish to bins and vending machines.
• Receiving, Labeling & Putaway: count, match, label deliveries; report discrepancies; move received product.
• Customer & Internal Communication: communicate updates, escalate concerns, support satisfaction.
• Route/Schedule Execution & Independent Work: work independently, follow daily schedule, travel to locations.
• Vending Machine Maintenance, Repair & Troubleshooting: troubleshoot, repair, basic maintenance; escalate when needed.
