Job summary

Arbill is seeking a Field Service Technician to support on-site vending and inventory management. You will conduct timely counts, replenish stock, and ensure accuracy across vending equipment while maintaining a customer-focused service standard.

Role requires strong mechanical skills, troubleshooting ability, and reliable daily scheduling while traveling to customer sites and collaborating with on-site personnel and Arbill teams.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 3 years in warehouse, inventory, distribution, field service, vending or related operations.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot vending machines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• VMI counts, inventory accuracy and replenishment; maintain schedules.
• Receiving, labeling and putaway; report discrepancies to supervisor.
• Communicate with on-site staff, support teams and management to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Travel to customer locations; work independently and maintain daily schedule.
• Troubleshoot, repair and perform basic maintenance on vending machines.
