Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking a Promotion Associate - Casual to drive brand presence at in-store and market events. You will distribute samples, engage consumers, and help maximize visibility for BBG brands during weekend promotions.

This part-time role requires excellent communication, comfort with MS Office, ability to multi-task, and strong customer service. Weekend availability is essential; prior wine/spirits knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in event promotion or customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication with diplomacy.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Distribute samples at promotional events.
• Track selling opportunities and survey progress.
• Educate clients and staff on assigned labels.
• Monitor inventory and notify managers of stock changes.
• Use POS materials to maximize brand visibility.
• Collaborate with chain staff, distributors, and suppliers.
• Deliver excellent customer care to members.
• Attend BBG trainings and industry workshops.
• Complete all required trainings.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
