Job summary

Hallmark Cards is seeking a Field Merchandiser to work in Alaska, independently managing retailer relationships and optimizing product placement while maintaining inventory. You will support fellow team members with seasonal resets and installations, and may engage with other products in stores you service.

This part-time role offers a flexible schedule, paid training, and voluntary benefits for part-time employees.

Qualifications

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You can read, write and understand English.
• You have the ability to lift and carry products up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• You can operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents.
• You have access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
• You have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory in stores using a mobile device.
• Holiday support: extended hours and additional days around major holidays.
• Department Resets: install and relocate fixtures, reset card sections and departments.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with network of merchandisers to support colleagues in other territories.
