Job summary

Hallmark Cards is seeking a Part-Time Field Merchandiser to work independently in Charlotte, NC, visiting retail stores to maintain product displays and stock levels. You will engage with store teams, restock Hallmark products, and manage inventory using a handheld device.

Expected to support seasonal resets and installations, with scheduling that varies weekly, including weekends and holidays. A driver with reliable transportation is preferred and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet, plus transportation to stores.
• Ability to operate a digital handheld device for merchandising tasks.

Responsibilities

• Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory within stores using a handheld device.
• Support seasonal holidays with extended hours and holiday-specific tasks.
• Assist with installing and resetting card departments and fixtures.
• Collaborate with store teams and be the face of Hallmark in-service settings.
