Job summary

Hallmark Cards is seeking a part-time Merchandiser in Charlotte, NC. You will work independently to restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products across various retail environments, ensuring optimal display and inventory levels.

You’ll participate in seasonal resets and installations, collaborating with store teams. The schedule is variable, averaging 8–12 hours per week, with some weekend availability around holidays. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device to read documents and interpret information.
• Access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• Access to transportation to travel to stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department using a mobile device.
• Support seasonal resets and installations during holidays and changeovers.
• Build, relocate, and reset card sections and fixtures; may include evenings or weekends.
• Collaborate with store teams and fellow merchandisers across territories.
