Job summary

Hallmark Cards is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work in various retail stores, independently managing product placement and inventory while collaborating with local store teams. You will handle seasonal resets and installations and may support products from other companies in stores you service.

Responsibilities include restocking, monitoring inventory via a handheld device, and maintaining courteous interactions with store staff and customers. Shift flexibility during holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• You're at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• Access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor inventory with a handheld device.
• Holiday support: expect extended hours and additional days around key holidays.
• Department resets: assist with installations and remodeling tasks, often with two weeks notice.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with Hallmark's field team to support colleagues in other territories.
