Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a Field Merchandiser in Adamsville, AL for a part-time, hybrid schedule. You will restock and organize Hallmark products in stores, communicate with store teams, and maintain displays to ensure availability.

Average 8–11 hours per week with paid training and voluntary benefits. Availability around holidays and during seasonal resets is required. You will support various retailers with inventory and installations as needed.

Qualifications

• You’re at least 18 years of age.
• You’re able to read, write and understand English.
• You have the ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• You have access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• You have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department using a mobile device.
• Holiday support: expect additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Department Resets: participate in installations and remodeling tasks two weeks in advance when notified.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with a network of merchandisers to support other teams as needed.
