Job summary

Signature Retail Services is hiring a Part-Time Route Merchandising Associate in the Decatur, AL market. The role offers about 15–20 hours per week with a pay rate of $16.00–$18.00 per hour.

Training is provided to help you learn displays, planograms, and seasonal resets while you work independently in big box stores. You will travel within Cullman, Decatur, Huntsville, AL, and surrounding areas to service stores, set up displays, and maintain shelves.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Located within approximately 30 minutes of the assigned territory.
• A valid driver's license and current auto insurance, with you listed as an insured driver.

Responsibilities

• Travel independently throughout your assigned territory using your personal vehicle to service store locations.
• Conduct store audits, execute product resets, merchandise products, and maintain planogram compliance.
• Install price labels, point-of-purchase materials, fixtures, and displays.
• Down-stock merchandise, maintain shelf conditions, and keep products fully stocked and customer-ready.
• Partner with store personnel to check inventory levels, flag replenishment needs, and place product orders as needed.
• Be the go-to product expert for store associates and customers.
• Represent Signature Retail Services and our client partners professionally in every store you visit.
• Manage your schedule so visits and projects are completed on time, every time.
