Job summary

Maurices Incorporated in Sparks, NV is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate (Stylists/Sales Support) to create an unforgettable shopping experience, deliver excellent customer service, and help customers build wardrobes.

You will assist in visual merchandising, maintain store presentation, and focus on customers’ needs to achieve sales goals, while using modern store technology and supporting omni-channel fulfillment.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds.
• Goal/achievement oriented.
• Some technical aptitude.
• Ability to follow directions and work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment, while working through competing priorities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes.
• Participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation.

• Use store technology (POS, payment systems, tablets) to stay informed on priorities and promotions, and promote loyalty programs.
• Support shipment processes and omni order fulfilment, including in-store and curbside pickup.
