Job summary

maurices is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to deliver excellent customer service and help customers build wardrobes. The role includes supporting visual merchandising, store presentation, and omni-channel experiences to meet sales goals.

You will guide customers, utilize POS technology, and maintain store standards while contributing to curbside and in-store fulfillment. A flexible schedule is available in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds.
• Goal-oriented and able to follow directions in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Guide the customer through the brand experience to make authentic connections.
• Advise on style and fit to help customers build wardrobes.
• Operate Cash Wrap/Cashier using store technology to process transactions.
• Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards in-store and online.
• Support product flow, shipping and receiving, and omni order fulfilment including curbside pick-up.
