Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the BRAND EXPERIENCE to build authentic connections.
• Advise on style and fit with product knowledge and loyalty in mind.
• Operate cash wrap and store technology to support priorities and promotions; deliver omni-channel service.
• Maintain the store’s visual and operational standards while keeping customer focus.
• Support product flow, shipping and receiving, and omni order fulfillment including curbside pick-up.
