Job summary

Lane Bryant in Matthews, NC is seeking an Associate to create a hospitable store environment and engage with customers to meet store goals. You will represent the brand through fashion knowledge, assist customers, and support operations while delivering a warm, welcoming experience.

Ideal candidates have strong sales or hospitality background, can work nights, weekends, and holidays, and are comfortable using mobile technology at the point of sale to engage customers and complete tasks

Qualifications

• Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient and confident utilizing mobile technology to engage with customers.
• Adjust or move store fixtures including garment racks, mannequins or boxes up to 25 pounds; may weigh up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Retrieve merchandise from shelves up to shoulder level; climb a ladder up to 12 feet for overhead tasks.
