Job summary

Lane Bryant is hiring an Associate to create a hospitable store environment through engaging customer interactions that help achieve company goals. You will represent the Lane Bryant brand through fashion knowledge and a seamless omni-channel experience, while supporting daily operations and ensuring a safe, welcoming store.

Strong sales or hospitality experience is preferred, with flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior sales or hospitality experience preferred with ability to meet/exceed targets.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient with mobile tech (Registers/iPad) to engage customers.
• Ability to lift/move merchandise up to 25–50 pounds and climb a ladder.

Responsibilities

• Identifies customer needs with curiosity and confidence through conversation.
• Uses company resources to reinforce brand experience and build relationships.
• Shares current products, fit and fashion trends to wardrobe customers and build trust.
• Supports store operations as needed and plans tasks to meet customer and business needs.
