Lane Bryant is seeking a part-time Associate to create a hospitable store environment through engaging customer conversations and product knowledge. You will represent the Lane Bryant brand, drive the omni-channel experience, and support store operations.

The role emphasizes warm customer interactions, fashion expertise, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail setting. Flexible scheduling including nights and weekends is required.

Qualificações

• Strong sales or hospitality experience with ability to meet/exceed performance standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with mobile technology (Registers and iPad) to engage with customers.
• Adjust or move store fixtures and merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds; may lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Retrieving merchandise at height up to a 12-foot ladder and replacing overhead items as needed.
