S. Clyde Weaver is seeking a part-time Farmer's Market Associate for our stand at the Lancaster County Farmer's Market in Wayne, PA. The role requires 20-28 hours per week, with work on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in an engaging and professional manner.
• Stocking and building case displays
• Product preparation
• Help with market stand set up and tear down
• Cleaning and sanitizing market cases
• Maintain knowledge of all available products
• Differentiate between products to help customers compare flavors/textures
• Answer customer questions and address concerns
• Make suggestions to help customers
• Handle all transactions with accuracy
• Ensure customers have an excellent shopping experience
• Train/operate food service equipment (slicer, chipper, etc.)
• Additional sanitation and market support as needed
