Job summary

Children’s Services of Roxbury is seeking a Part-Time Family Visitation Case Aide in Roxbury, MA. The role focuses on supervising visits between children and caregivers, documenting observations, and ensuring compliance with DCF requirements.

The Case Aide will maintain confidential records, communicate with families, and support program operations while providing professional and compassionate service to participants.

Responsibilities

• Supervise visits in accordance with agency policies and court/DCF requirements.
• Prepare objective observation reports after each visit.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for case files.
• Respond to phones and emails and coordinate scheduling with families.
• Collaborate with team members and provide coverage as needed.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings and maintain confidentiality.
