You’ll lead a high-performing team, manage patient panels, and contribute to clinical research opportunities while enjoying strong growth pathways and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• MD/DO board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with unrestricted DEA licensure.
• Licensed (or eligible) to practice in California.
• Patient-centered, relationship-driven care mindset.
• Comfort with women’s health services and technology-driven care.
• BLS certification required before first day.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient-focused history and physical exams.
• Provide basic women’s health services, including Pap smears.
• Develop evidence-based workups and treatment plans.
• Care for adult patients (no pediatrics).
• Interpret X-rays, labs, and EKGs.
• Manage patient flow with Central Support assistance.
• Provide leadership for the team of MAs and support staff.
• Supervise assigned PAs/NPs.
• Manage a patient panel with emphasis on quality outcomes.
